Throughout winter lost gloves lie abandoned, not given another thought. Sadie is a gloveologist, uncovering stories behind the gloves she discovers, a specimen bag always to hand. On the day of her mother’s funeral, Sadie brings home a glove that unravels a truly unsettling tale.
Handprints in the Snow is written and performed by Storyteller Jesse Paul and directed by John Batty. Full of stark imagery and prose, the play takes us on an alarmingly lonely journey played out in lost-gloves.
